About the Role
Mud Run Beer Co. is looking for a passionate leader who thrives in the kitchen and loves working with a team. This role is perfect for someone who sees challenges as opportunities, pays close attention to detail, and is excited to create unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll begin by supporting our Kitchen Manager in daily back-of-house operations, then grow into overseeing our catering and events program—managing and coordinating on-site and off-site event logistics, and helping us expand our catering business.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Kitchen Manager to organize, train, and strengthen back-of-house operations.

  • Support food prep, quality control, inventory, and menu execution.

  • Lead and coordinate catering services—on-site events, off-site logistics, and client communications.

  • Develop systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows for events and catering.

  • Ensure excellent communication across FOH and BOH teams before, during, and after events.

  • Gather client feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. This role is key to ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards.

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Position Overview
We are looking to grow our catering services and are seeking enthusiastic and dependable team members to join our catering crew! This role is primarily on-call or as-needed, with the opportunity to pick up additional bar shifts when available. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and great customer service skills to both on-site and off-site catering events, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up catering equipment, food stations, bars, and event spaces according to event requirements.

  • Serve food and beverages (including alcohol, where applicable) in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas, both during and after events.

  • Transport food, beverage, and supplies to and from off-site catering locations.

  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup of events, ensuring spaces are left in top condition.
